We want you to feel the difference. If you don't, you shouldn't be out of pocket for it.

90 days to change your mind

You have a full 90 days from the day your order is delivered to decide whether Carelix is right for you. Take your time and actually use the product — that's the only way to know. If at any point in those 90 days you're not satisfied, you're covered.

We pay the return shipping

If you decide to send your product back, we cover the cost of shipping it to us. There is no return fee, no restocking fee and no postage for you to pay. Depending on where you live we'll either send you a prepaid return label or reimburse your postage — whichever gets it done faster.

How to start a return

Just email us at hello@carelix.health with your order number (it's in your order confirmation email) and tell us you'd like to return your product. That's the whole process — no forms, no phone calls, and nothing you need to justify.

We answer every email, usually within one business day. Your return instructions and the return address will come in that reply, so please wait to hear from us before sending anything back — it makes sure your parcel reaches the right place and that we can match it to your refund.

Opened and used is fine

You can't know whether something works for you without trying it, so an opened or used product is absolutely still returnable. We just ask that you send back everything that came in the box.

Your refund

Once your return arrives with us, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 3 business days, for the full amount you paid including any shipping you were charged on the original order. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank or card issuer — usually 5–10 business days.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Please don't send it back at your own trouble or expense. Email a photo to hello@carelix.health and we'll replace it or refund you in full right away.
